“I am afraid that this will only fall on deaf ears. If those who have experienced the same encounters would make their voices heard it would be more conceivable that this would bear fruit worthy of repentance. If you are concerned and would like to voice your concerns then that is what this Forum is all about. To be able to express your fears, concerns, opinions without the threat of retaliation or manipulation. Freedom of speech is a right for every American and it is only those who have something to hide who do not tolerate Free Speech. China controls the internet so that people cannot post chats like this that expose the evils in leadership. Brooklyn Tabernacle is just a church. It is not God’s Authority on earth. The leaders are not Vicars of Christ as some would attribute to the Pope. He is a flawed man like the rest of mankind. Yet if he is not accountable or has not authority set in place over him then he is no better than Sadaam Hussein. Why is Brooklyn Tabernacle afraid to show the people the financials of the church? Almost every church in America reveals the financial status to their congregation. If the people are the ones giving the money then why should they be kept in the dark? I personally am not giving any more until I know where my money goes. I will give to single mothers and other ministries where I know that 100% of my hard earned money goes. I implore everyone to stop giving to any Christian Organization that withholds its financials. What fool would invest in a company and buy stocks without first checking the financials to see if it is a wise investment. You might say “but I am giving to God” That might be true but is your money being used wisely for God? Should not the giver have the knowledge of exactly how her money is being used? Maybe the leadership does not trust the sheep with such information. If that is the case the sheep should leave.
