“Ezekiel 34:2: “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel; prophesy and say to them:’This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who only take care of themselves! Should not shepherds take care of the flock?
Isaiah 56:11b They are shepherds who lack understanding; they all turn to their own way, they seek their own gain.
Pastors Johnson, Burgos, Olmo, Hammond, Parks and Petrey, when are you going to stand up and defend the flock? When are you going to come together as a group and confront the evils that you are so well aware of? When are you going to start serving the sheep instead of protecting your positions? You know first hand the evils that are going on. Your positions are as secure as Pastors Hannon, Bowman, Combs, Lorenzo, Impaglia, and Toledo’s were. God is going to hold each of you accountable for the constant head-turning that you are doing and your refusal to defend the sheep. Are your positions that important that you refuse to stand up for truth, or have you been so beaten down yourselves that you no longer have the strength to stand and confront injustice when you see it? If the latter is the case, then you should not be in the positions that you hold so tightly to. We the people implore you, take action!! Do you actually think that this is going to stop? Do you believe that you can simply ignore what is being addressed here, or that you can stop your own staff members from e-mailing people and asking them to look at this site? Do you think that all the people who have experienced the evils are just going to keep quiet? If you do not address this issue now it is only going to grow. The end result is going to be a disaster. Wake up! Shake off your lethargy and take action, or just sit back and continue to ignore the injustices that are all around you. The question is, do you love God’s people enough to take action, or are you just in it for selfish reasons as well?”
